Fruits & Vegetables
Keep freshly cut produce crisp, colorful and safe — no blanching, no additives.
High pressure processing (HPP) cold pasteurization
Inactivate pathogens and extend shelf life with pure water pressure — no heat, no additives. Process juices, meat, seafood, dairy, baby food and more while keeping taste, color and nutrients intact.
From fresh produce to ready meals, HPP works on liquid, solid and packaged products alike — without altering their character.

High pressure processing is the fastest-growing cold pasteurization technology in the food industry. It delivers safety and shelf life without the side effects of heat.
Cold Pasteurization
Pure water pressure up to 600 MPa inactivates microorganisms without heat, so nutrition and fresh flavor survive.
Extended Shelf Life
Extend chilled shelf life by 2 to 10 times and cut waste, returns and distribution losses.
Food Safety
Effectively control Listeria, Salmonella, E. coli and Vibrio in finished packaged products.
Clean Label
No preservatives, no additives and no heat damage — support "all-natural" and "no additives" claims.
Fresh Taste & Texture
Color, aroma, vitamins and texture stay intact — products look and taste freshly made.
Proven & Scalable
Mature industrial technology with 60–500 L vessels, high throughput and low energy cost per kilogram.
Fully packaged products are treated in a water-filled vessel, inactivating microorganisms from every direction at once.
Fill packaged products into the vessel basket and close the door.
Water is pumped to up to 600 MPa, compressing the product evenly from all sides.
Isostatic pressure is held for seconds to minutes, inactivating pathogens throughout the package.
Pressure is released and products are unloaded — ready for chilled distribution.
Every machine is engineered for food safety, uptime and low operating cost.
From laboratory units to high-capacity production systems.
| Model | Vessel Volume | Max Pressure | Boost Time | Machine Size (L×W×H) | Power |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HPP-40L | 40 L | 700 MPa | ≈ 5 Minutes | 11000 × 5900 × 2400mm | 60 kW |
| HPP-50L | 50 L | 600 MPa | ≈ 5 Minutes | 11000 × 5900 × 2400mm | 55 kW |
| HPP-338L | 300 L | 600 MPa | ≈ 5 Minutes | 19300 × 4200 × 5300 mm | 300-400kW |
| HPP-600L | 612 L | 600 MPa | ≈ 5 Minutes | 19700 × 9700 × 3400mm | 550-640 kW |

High pressure processing (HPP) places packaged food in a sealed vessel filled with water and applies ultra-high pressure (up to 600 MPa). The isostatic pressure inactivates pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms without heat, so the food keeps its fresh taste, color, texture and nutrients.
HPP suits liquid and solid products with high water content: juices and beverages, fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, dairy, seafood, baby food, ready-to-eat meals, pet food and many others. It can be applied to most products already packaged in flexible or semi-rigid containers.
Depending on the product, packaging and cold-chain conditions, HPP typically extends chilled shelf life by 2 to 10 times. Our engineers can run trials on your product and give you validated shelf-life data.
There is no fixed minimum order. Standard machines are produced in batches with typical lead times of 30–60 days, depending on configuration. Tell us your required capacity and we will confirm the exact delivery schedule.
Yes. Each order includes on-site installation guidance and operator training. We also provide process support to help you set up pressure and hold-time parameters for your specific products.
Machines come with a standard warranty and long-term spare parts supply. Our after-sales team provides remote diagnostics and 24/7 support, with service engineers available for on-site visits.
