Our Industrial Vacuum Fryer utilizes cutting-edge low-temperature frying technology under a negative pressure environment. By dropping the boiling point of water inside the food, products can be perfectly fried and dehydrated at oil temperatures between 80℃ and 120℃. This completely prevents oil scorching and preserves the food's natural nutrients, colors, and textures.

Heating: Electricity or Gas
